I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Menlo Park, NJ) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online for their seasonal hiring event, and was invited to schedule an in-person interview via e-mail a few days later. The interviewer was very friendly and we went through each question very quickly. They still had more interviews scheduled for that day so she said they would let me know if I did/did not get the position later on. I didn't get an offer yet the entire experience was still nice, quick and painless.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
