Interview
I applied online and within 24 hours they called me from headquarters. I actually missed the first two calls and didn't end up setting up my interview until I was emailed and I could set it up online. I showed up about 20 minutes early and had to wait, because the lady was in a meeting. I didn't really mind waiting since I did show up so much earlier than expected. Everyone that walked by asked if I needed help and everyone was so sweet and helpful as soon as I walked into the HR department. The woman came out and immediately gave me a nice warm feeling, she was very friendly. She asked me a lot of questions about my values because Macy's strives themselves on hiring people with integrity. This was right up my ally since my core values depend on honesty and integrity. I was a little bit nervous, but everything went so great. She said she actually liked me enough to offer me a permanent job, instead of just seasonal.
I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Interview
Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
