Applied online, got an email saying that I was selected for interview, selected a date for next week. Interview was easy, asked basic questions like "Why do you want to work at Macy's?" or "What would you do if you see a coworker stealing?". The interviewer was a little rude, arrived to the interview in a hurry and she seemed upset (I assume something happened before the interview). I was wearing a business casual outfit with a silk floral top and she told me that I needed to wear all black clothes if I wanted to work there, I already knew that Macy's job attire is all black but she made it seem that because of my interview attire I wouldn't get hired. I also have a few hidden pink highlights on my hair and she also told me that I couldn't work there with my hair with a color like that. Told her it was temporary and I could take it off. Funny thing is a week later I saw someone with blue hair working there. The interview process was overall a positive experience but her attitude made me not want to work there.
