The process took about two weeks. I applied online and recieved a call the next day. They performed two one on one interviews starting with the Store manager interview, then District HR. They both seemed very positive through out the process. I caught them both right before their vacations began so the offer was what took the longest. I asked for more than what they normally offered for the position and was given what I asked without an issue.

Great approach, very nice and personable. Questionnaire was used, but it was actually relaxing and fun. I appreciated the friendliness. It was a lot about experience, customer service and why you would like to work for Macy;s.

Very casual if you're being interviewed inhouse. It was more or a less do u want the position or not question. After saying yes it was basically a formality at that point.
