I applied online through their recruiting databse and it took 3 days for me to get a email to schedule an interview. It was a very easy and simple interview process. The HR Rep was friendly and I felt comfortable during the whole interview. I've had previous sales experience so most of the questions were easy to answer for me but even without any experience it was a piece of cake. I was hired on the spot and offered the position of a fragrance ringer. We did some paperwork after where the salary during the 2 days of training would be $7.25/hr and on the floor it would go up to $8.75. I was then told that the dress code is all black but I wore white and black at the interview. Just go with an open mind, friendly personality and common sense and you're bound to get the job.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
