Scheduled the interview online during the application process. Arrived for my interview and the supervisor didn't know she had an interview. I was told that part-time employees need to be flexible. So basically, you can't work two jobs such as a full-time 9-5 because the system generated schedules are generated randomly- no outside commitments other than Macy's.

The first interview is on the HireVue website. I was asked 6 questions. I recorded my voice responses. Later, I was told I passed the first round via a phone call from a company that conducts the second interview process. I was asked 2 questions. The last interview is in-person.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
