Everything was done via e-mail, I applied online and received an e-mail saying they'd like to schedule an interview. I chose a day that worked for me - about a week and a half after that day. I went in for my interview, spoke with an HR woman who went over attendance policy, dress code, etc., before I was taken into the back office by one of the managers. She was very sweet, very talkative, very nice. We chit chatted, and I felt comfortable around her. Questions were basic, asking me about sales experience, what department I would feel comfortable in, dealing with a customer who was stealing or doing something unethical, how I would deal with meeting sales requirements. I was hired on the spot, she seemed to really like that I was open and friendly. Just be happy, positive, and friendly and you will be fine. I was told they were going to go find an opening for me, and they then offered me flex team - which is where you pick your own hours and what not. Seemed fine to me, I have a busy schedule.
