Applied online and set up interview on the same day by Macys job site. Scheduled the interview the next day. First, I guess with HR. then with all simple questions as on Glassdoor. Then, the called on the same to schedule the interview with Cosmetic Manager next week. Then, it got postponed to another week. When interviewed with Cosmetic manager, he asked the same questions as the 1st interview. He said I should get a call in 3-4 days to let me know and if the want to continue, I will have an interview with the brand manager.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish

personality questionnaire with application...then maybe you'll be offered the virtual and in person interview...the virtual took about 30-40 min.s. 4 questions total. the in- person was really smooth and laid back, good energy
