The interviewer for the first round was professional and kind. The interviewer for the second round was such a power trip. She was 30 minutes late to our interview, and very aggressively trying to make me feel nervous. Some people just like to be on the other side of the interviewing table I guess! At one point in the middle of the interview she just stopped talking and stared at me for what felt like minutes until I looked away. A staring contest, really? I thought it was very immature of her and killed any interest I had in the company. She was upset that I myself did not have a Macy's credit card, she said how could I possibly sell Macy's cards to customers if I didn't have one myself.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
