I went and asked to speak to a supervisor; I was directed to the in store hiring kiosk. I applied online. I received an email the next day asking to schedule an interview. I was in business attire. I came in to be interviewed and was again referred to the hiring kiosk. That was where the interviews were conducted. I waited on the couch for about 10 minutes after my appointment time. The person before me was a young girl probably from high school who was in jeans. She had been hired. I was called in. The interview required some critical thinking. The interviewer wanted a lot of examples from my life proving skills like stress and time management. I had no previous retail experience so she asked me if I thought I could handle it. She asked for my availability and left to go check it. She came back saying that they couldn't hire me due to my availability but that I should apply again in 3 months.
