Interview
Online application. Then manager calls for interview. Manager determined that I should be in sales instead of stocking. Turned me over to another manager and offered furniture and I said I wanted jewelry and offered only a flex position which worked out great because I picked up as many hours I wanted to work.
Pretty straightforward. If they like you and you have a good personality, they'll hire you. A lot of sale experience is nice as this sector is competitive. Make sure to dress nice!

When is a time you had an issue with a return and how did you handle it?
After applying I recieved a phone call and interviewed that week. It was great. Very robust conversation. Manager was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about running a department. She was very clear about what the department was looking for.
