I filled out a form online and was called back into the store for a sit down interview with one of the floor managers. she asked me a series of questions and after that I did computer training for a day before I hit the floor and started working.

The first interview is on the HireVue website. I was asked 6 questions. I recorded my voice responses. Later, I was told I passed the first round via a phone call from a company that conducts the second interview process. I was asked 2 questions. The last interview is in-person.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
