I applied for a MYSHOP CAPTAIN position but at the end of the application, it automatically switched it to a SALES ASSOCIATE. Within one or two days, I got an email telling me to pick a time on the schedule for my interview. I picked and it sent a reminder. I arrive about ten minutes early filling the directions on where to go. There was no one in the office. I go and find an employee and tell them my situation. After calling two different managers, the employee finally led me back to the office, let me inside, and asked me to wait on the sofa. After waiting 10-15 minutes, a lady finally comes and asks me my name but never introduces herself. She then told me to follow her to her office for the interview. Very uncomfortable situation, not personal at all. Barely a conversation, more of just a stilted back and forth. At this point, I didn’t even want the job. Every single question was “tell me of a time when.....”
