Interview
Macy's requested an exercise on where to demonstrate UI and UX skills. After sending package with source files, got feedback to disregard sketch and psd files to use powerpoint.
Later on, the exercise review was made through phone and the person on the line was eating and being rude during the interview. She disregarded any questions and hanged up after 15 minutes.
Macy's gave no opportunity to present the exercise.

Interview
The two phone interviews were good, but the onsite was not great. People continuously came in and out while I was presenting, not sure how they evaluate candidate in that way. Felt a little embarrassed even though they gave me a head up that people will leave during the presentation because I have my strategy to present and my own flow, so I got confused whenever people left because there's still conclusion coming along. Anyway I think I wasn't good at answering one question, so I don't blame them. But the onsite interview process is not ideal.
