First contact after filling out information online was a phone call then an interview time was set up. When I arrived, the people (reception) seemed nice enough. The irritating part was filling out the paper work again as is usual with email applications. Waiting area was comfortable and busy with people coming in and out constantly. I figured it was more than just the HR area. My wait time was longer than I felt it shoud have been given that I had a confirmed interview time. I suppose thats not unusual. The woman doing the interview was plesant and informative and said I would hear from them within two weeks and about nine days later I received a call to say they were interested in me. Way more paperwork than I'd ever like to fill out again was given to me and there was a good deal of training. They give you updated training as necessary.
