I began by applying online. There is a long personality survey that consists of multiple scenarios that you must “agree” or “disagree with.” I was then called for an interview a few days later. There is a one on one interview with very standardized questions. The interviewer read the questions of a sheet of paper and wrote down my answers.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
