After filling out an extensive application with pages of psychological questions and clear indication of availability, I landed an interview. The interview went well, with questions as many have mentioned before me. Was told I did very well, "better than most" and I would be put on the "bench" (it was Black Friday week and they expected openings afterwards). I was told my availability (as filled out on the application) was very good. They will be in touch. Yup, a week later I received an email saying "Unfortunately, your availability does not correspond with the days and hours needed for this position." Why was I even called in for an interview?!!!
