Interview
I applied online and received an email about a week later with a link to set up an interview time and date. i showed up to macys about 30 minutes before my interview and was led into a back room. the interviewer was a nice woman but she didn't even look at me for most of the interview, she was too busy writing things down. i think she only held eye contact with me for 30 seconds at the most. questions were all easy, thanks to all the other posts on glassdoor! every question they will ask you is already on this site so dont stress. the only reason i ended up not getting the job was because i wouldnt have been available as often as they needed me to be.. or so they said. i recommend if you do apply, leave your availability OPEN, even if its not. thats the whole reason they need seasonal employees.
I did a walk-in job interview during the hiring job fair. I applied for the job on their computer kiosk. Then they put me in for an interview on the same day.

Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
