I applied to Macy's and about a week later got an email simply saying they would call me for a phone pre-interview. The email didnt specify what day or time they would call, just that they would soon. 2 days later I get a call that I missed and the voicemail gave me a number to call back to do the interview. I called and it seemed that it was a call center type place that did the interview and then sent on your answers and resume to the manager of the store you chose. They only asked a few questions which mostly were just asking your availability and past experiences. I told them that the only day I would not be able to work was Christmas Eve but that I had complete open availability other than that. The guy interviewing me said it sounded good and he would pass on my resume to the manager. 3 days later I got an email saying that because of my conflict with my availability and the position they would not be moving forward with me.

Answer first question starting with One recorded video and then followed up with multiple recorded responses to additional questions. Pretty simple and straightforward. Dress up on the top and wear whatever on the bottom.
Was an easy phone interview that only took a couple of minutes. I was only asked maybe 3 questions at most. Questions were sales experience, job history, and what I can work
