Beware college students! I had to go through 4 interviews before they hired me- with the General store manager, department manager, counter manager, and even a phone interview with the regional representative. My other coworkers were interviewed once by the counter manager and got the job. The department manager did not want to hire me due to me being a college student, and fortunately so many other people interviewed me and liked me I got the job.
