Initial interview was via phone. Very experienced HR rep made me feel extremely welcomed. Second interview was a more formal one. First step was to complete the computer info. HR rep walked me through to ensure I was comfortable with the program before leaving me to finish. Following the computer was a 1:1 interview with a potential peer. Interview went well, small talk, while following the guidelines for an interview.

Mostly book questions, What are your strengths, if you could change one thing, et cetera. Most memorable question was "If I wanted a Ferris Wheel in the parking lot, how would you go about making it happen?"
30 minutes video interview. Basically introducing the company the first 10-15minutes. Behavioral questions for the next 15 minutes.process was pretty quick, but behavioral questions were too much. They have asked multiple questions on how manage team, and what success look like.

I had an initial telephone interview. The next step is to receive an in person interview with the direct hiring manager from their Union City, California Logistics Department. I am awaiting for the call should it happen. Overall, I feel that the interview went well and I have positive outlook on the opportunity.
