I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Miami, FL)
Interview
They make the interview process as comfortable as possible for you. The interviewer I had at my on campus interview was really nice and laid back. Just be yourself and be social and you'll be good.
For the second round interview process, they go out of their way to make sure you don't feel pressured and always remind you that it is as much about them finding the right candidate as it is about you finding the right company. There aren't any really difficult questions. Thankfully they don't go near the strengths or weaknesses questions. It's all about leadership.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a superior and how you handled it.
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
