Attended a Macy's Merchandising and Planning networking event Followed up with people I met at the event, only one recruiter got back to me after almost 3 weeks Had a 15 minute phone interview with the recruiter A week later I interviewed with the person that would have been my direct manager: interview went great A week and a half later I met with the VP: she spent 10 minutes on her cell phone on a personal call during the ineterview. Overall she did not seem very interested. She asked me what my GPA was which I thought was not relevant, I graduated 5 years ago I followed up within a week of my interview with the VP, no response which I feel is unprofessional It's been three weeks and I still have not heard a word back I was told I would hear back with a yay or nay within a week
