I had a total of three interviews. One with the merchandise manager, one with the ops manager, and then one with the store manager. The first one was easy and basic. Why would you be good for the job, what qualifications do you have, and do you have reliable transportation? The second one was more in depth. Why would I be good at the job, do I have any previous experience, and then there were situation question. The last one with the store manager was about him getting to know me as a person. He asked about my family, what I dreamed of doing, my goals in life, things like that.
