I applied online and got an e-mail to schedule an interview. I scheduled my own interview at a time that worked best for me, I went into the interview, my first interview was with the general manager of the store, and things went great, she asked me to come in for a second interview, I came in for a second interview a few days later, the interview went great about 45 min interview with the counter manager for Impulse. I got a call back the next day and they offered me the job, I accepted. My training started a few days later, the training kind of sucked. I basically trained myself, they sat me in a room by myself and had me watching videos and doing demo's on a computer all by myself.
