I applied online and got an email the following day to schedule an interview (my first interview) It was very simple with standard questions about availability, why you'd like to work there, teamwork skills, etc... Interview was only around 15 minutes. I was told the cosmetics manager wasn't in at the time so I would have to wait a week to get called in for second interview. Got called a week later and went in for the second interview the next day. They hired me. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Why do you want to work at Macy's? What is your availability? Describe a time when you worked on a team. (What were your goals? What did you accomplish?) Why should we hire you? What can you bring to our company? Are you comfortable applying make up on customers? (This one was emphasized in both interviews) Are there any cosmetic lines you are familiar with?
