One person interview. There were a couple of questions. Mostly, they were looking at experience with customer service or knowledge with clothes. There was also an option to pick the department you wanted to work in. I liked juniors as well as Petites, and I ended up picking petites.

It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
