So I signed up to Macys on their Macys Jobs website, and about a day or two after I applied I got an email saying they wanted to meet with me. I was able to set up an appointment on a scheduling app they had which was really cool. When I walked in on the day of the appointment, I met up and talked to my manager in an office about the job. She asked me why I chose Macys, what do I like about Macys and how I feel about teamwork and sincerity. The interview went great, we had a good conversation. I had to take a background check and about a week after I was hired.

I scheduled my interview as soon as they emailed me, and made sure I was free for two hours after the scheduled time. They never called me at all. And I also never got an email to reschedule or apologize.

The interview process was over the phone with a manager and she was very friendly answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable So much so that I did take the job offer and I look forward to working for Macy’s
