Was looking forward to be part of Macy's analysts team but wasn't offered the position. 1st interview was on the phone with recruiter. Then there was a scheduled Excel assessment/ skype to showcase your Excel skills such as Pivot Table, Rounding , Deleting spaces (trim), extracting first name from full name etc... Then after this was the scheduled two person interview with managers, 30 minutes each with the usual: tell me about yourself, your background, your interests in Macy's, where do you see yourself in 5 years...
