Applied online, received interview offer via email a few days later. In person interview within a week of applying with hiring manager. Laid back interview in a conference room. Asked about previous retail experience as well as merchandising experience. Was told I was over-qualified for the position and did not receive an offer.
Casting call was a excellent place to be when I was hired. Talented people to interview you. And very competitive to get a ask. Attire was important of course. New York City was excellent
