Operation manager transfer me from process team to fulfilment associate. Good area to work. Ask me if I'm willing to work there. Do some paperwork. Like schedule and transfer of area.
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.
