I went to Human Resources about 5 or so minutes before my interview was supposed to start and checked in. I made sure to wear something dressy- dress pants, white button up blouse, and another black jacket on top of that. Could have been ok without the jacket but when the woman who was interviewing me came out and sat me down, she didn't even ask me general interview questions. She skipped right to my availability, what my major was, If i had ever had retail experience before, and based on all of that, she immediately offered me a position. However, she said due to my availability and the fact that I won't be done with finals until mid December, the best she could offer me was On-Call. I was slightly upset with on-call, but I figured something is better than nothing and we just set up orientation times and things like that. Total time with "interview" and some paperwork/scheduling was 20 minutes.
