Interview
You first get a phone interview in which they ask you very basic questions such as your availability, the reason why you want to work at Macy's, and how you feel working in a commissioned environment. They told me at the end that they were still interviewing other people so if they were interested, they would send me an email. About 2 weeks later, I received an email inviting me to set up a time for a in-person interview. In the in-person interview the questions were a little more difficult but not too bad, the manager would make up scenarios in which I would have a problem with a customer, or questions that customers might ask me someday. He told me right away at the end of the interview that I got the job.

Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
