Interview
I was hired over the phone, I was applying for a seasonal position, The holiday season 2019. I was phone screened although, it was pretty easy and they seemed to agree with my background and skills as well.
One on one interview that went smooth. They asked general questions about experience and scenario planning. I had a phone interview before the in person interview. It was a comfortable setting.
It is just a simple phone interview with minimal questions. They don't ask for much on the phone, just answer honestly, You most likely will be accepted for the job.
