The scheduling of the interview is automated so you get an email to schedule you own interview. I understand the reason but still think it's a bit impersonal. Then I got a call to change the time anyway! Oh well....no biggie! The people I met with were super great.

There were not any questions that I felt were in any way difficult but I would encourage all those newly entering the market place to review interview questions or practice with someone. They ask the standard questions like team work examples, difficult situation you've been in and how you dealt with it, etc....
it was fun and I really enjoyed it and they asked me a ton of questions thatb was relevant and a on of questions not so relevant and I personally enjoyed it

The questions they asked were situational questions.
Applied online on Macy’s jobs.com. Looked up the store location i wanted to work at. I applied and answered all the questions and resume i formation needed. Then i was sent an email to schedule my Phone interview. For interview i prepared for the questions by looking up online past question the company would ask just to prepare the best answers. Once i did that i was invited for a second interview. A day later I went to store for second interview. It was a quick and easy process.
