I submitted my application and resume online. The next day I received a confirmation email stating that it would be review. The following day I received another email stating that I would be receiving a phone interview. The 4rth day I conducted my phone interview and was given a job offer- which I accepted!!

Long wait, and then basic interview and immediate job offer. I was sent to talk with a sales manager because human resources was overloaded, and had already waited about two hours. But it was fast after that, and I was pleased, although a bit surprised, at an immeidate offer. No vertification or testing would be necessary.
