They interviewed me five, I kid you not, five times. The final interview was especially ridiculous because it went through layers and layers of evaluation for nothing. They never formally responded with their verdict, just ghosted me and that was it. So glad I’m with a much better company now.

Question 1
How would you market to millennials? (obviously this was some time ago since companies are now zeroing in on Gen Z as a hot commodity)
The process was multiple steps: HR, potential people leader, teammate(s) with a writing test, and then a final meeting with senior leadership. Overall, the questions themselves weren't difficult, but it was a 4 solid interviews + a test.
Easy phone conversation about my experience with HR, then a zoom with hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't have many questions about my experience, even though I was clearly point for point qualified for the job - it seemed she wanted me to ask more than she was. When I tried to find out about the culture of the team and company, she wouldn't really speak on it.

Interview
The interviewer was not prepared at all. She was 15 minutes late to the Zoom call, asked me to send her my resume after the call, and did not come across as professional in any way.
