I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was fine. They ask questions about the customer, how to handle frustration, and what kind of person you are. Some what would you do scenarios, be honest, don't tell them what you think they want to hear.
Very quick and easy. Sent an application received and email, and scheduled a phone interview. Manager seemed very chill, just told you what was expected of the job asked if you were okay with completing tasks etc. A very breezy process was able to secure an offer.
Friendly interview with relevant queries and questions. Happy to answer my own questions. Expect to spend at least half hour there but they are accommodating for extra needs and access.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Westland, MI) in Apr 2021
Interview
