Interview
I decided to not complete the virtual interview process, but I got a call back the next day after the deadline. I completed a short (30 mins or so!) phone interview with an incredibly kind interviewer. I was asked a few basic questions on past life experiences that would apply to the job. I was then offered the position and told the pay rate and onboarding information. The process was easy and the interviewer made Macy's feel like a great place to work for the holiday season!
