Fast, informative and asked about my experience with coaching, inspiring and providing results through staff. Asked me to sell the piece of paper on his desk. Asked me what I will do to obtain new product knowledge on a regular basis in order to educated customer and associates on products.

Professional group of interviewers. Each provided a thorough background of the position. Discuss your work experience from your prior positions. Explain how to motivated your staff. How to control shrink. Describe your definition of quality customer service.
Thorough interview process and recruiting strategy, they set us up well but did not explain full duties and were not transparent on the process and how it would look moving forward.
