I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (Eugene, OR) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online and met with a manager, who liked me and had me interview with the cosmetics manager. She then had me do a phone interview with the Bare Escentuals account managers, who ultimately decided to go with another candidate. The cosmetics manager then wanted me to interview with the Lancome manager, so I had a phone interview with that account manager. Then, I had an in person interview with that same Lancome manager, the overall store manager, and then the Lancome counter manager. I was told that I would hear back from Macy's about the decision, but then got a call from ANOTHER Lancome manager to do a phone interview. After that phone interview, I never heard anything from either Lancome or Macy's. I felt very led on by the whole process and was frustrated that they just left me hanging after nearly a month of interviewing.

Tell me about a time where you worked with a team.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish
