applied online 2-3 days later was sent an email asking to schedule an interview on a site linked. got interviewed by store manager was asked about 9 questions pertaining on how you would handle certain situations and continued to discuss availability. proceeded the interview process and was scheduled for a second interview with a department manager 2 days later. went in was asked the same questions the store manager asked just to get an idea of what I could bring to the company and was offered the job on the spot.
