I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Macy's
Interview
The interviewer had some sheets of paper with padronized behavioral questions.
I think the questions were not very much realistic because when I go to Macy's as a customer no one bothers me with anything, the sales person only asks "are you finding everything ok?", they never tried to force me to purchase anything.

Question 1
"The customer is at the cashier to finalize her purchase. How would you cheer it?"
"How would you offer the Macy's card to a customer?"
"How would you motivate a purchase?"

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
