Interview
I applied online within a few days I got an interview via email to schedule a time to come in. The times are anywhere from next day to 2 weeks out. I went and one of the dept managers came up to the HR center to interview me. They asked the typical interview questions. She asked was their any questions I had for her at the end, and then after that i asked how soon would i hear something. She said give her a few minutes to check what jobs they had open. So 9 times out of 10 you'll probably will get hired after interview. BUT keep in mind the job you applied doesn't necessary mean that's the department you will hired for. I originally applied for Fragrance and i was given about 4 choices. Each choice she gave, she stated how many hours i could expect and whether or not it was mostly commission. I was given my department and salary right away. Also they schedule your orientation the same day, I wasnt given an orientation/training date till 2 weeks out due to my own scheduling. Training is going good so far.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Macy's (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Macy's (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.
