Interview
The interviewing manager was very apologetic for my waiting 30 minutes to see her. One of the interviewers was absent that day and there seemed to be confusion, logistically, about the meeting. The interviewer was friendly and warm and her interviewing style was casual, putting me at ease. I was asked several probing questions about situations I might be asked to handle, as well as standard questions regarding my strengths and skills.
I was told that all seasonal positions had been filled and that she hated to let me walk out of there without an offer. However, based on my management experience and skills, she was quite certain that they could find a good fit for me, possibly a permanent position. She added that I should expect a call in the next 1-2 weeks. I am in that waiting period now.
