Applied online, submitted a lengthy questionnaire. Called in for an interview a week or two later. Interviewed by one person, was offered job on the spot. Interviewer, however, told me I would be given a permanent position in handbags, but it really ended up being a flextime position. I was a bit annoyed at this miscommunication, but it ended up working out for me as the flextime position allowed me to work in different departments as well as have more flexibility with my scheduling.
