Applied online and had to have my manager submit approval paperwork. Interview was set up through my manager with her having to ask me when I was free and then her telling the other store where I was applying. I don't know why I wasn't contacted directly. The interview was fine but at the end of a long day for me and the conversation wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. I also left with the feeling that I didn't want to work at that particular store. I never really expected to get the job and went through the application process for the experience. I was, however disappointed that I never heard anything from them at all after they said I would be getting another interview. That just seems kind of rude.

I had a one on one interview with the supervisor. She asked the common interview questions: tell me about yourself , what are your strengths and weaknesses. Always prepare scenario answers.

Fill out online app, receive text saying they would like an interview and follow scheduling link in email. Store manager called promptly at scheduled time, spent about half an hour. The ad didn't list salary, and we didn't discuss it til the end of the interview. Early in the interview it was stressed to me that this person needed to be highly dependable, as they had multiple high level responsibilities such as access to the vault, and there were only 3 team members. At the end of the interview, while discussing pay scale, it was divulged that this was in entry level position, and paid accordingly. As a former business owner with decades of relevant experience, I wasn't interested in what seemed to me like a high-pressure, low-pay position. We stopped the interview when it became clear that I would require more money than they would offer, but I do believe that I would've been offered the job if I'd been willing to accept the pay.

I arrived and waited in a hallway. I spent about 25-30 minutes interviewing with one supervisor. After speaking about experience we discussed several openings that may have been a good fit as well.
