Brief and easy. When applying, you take a quick test online, and they normally call you within a few days- they are good about calling you back to set up an appointment. You go in, they ask you normal questions, and if you are hired then they set up a day for your orientation where you take a very long and boring test that really doesn't help you much once you are out on the sales floor.
