Really can't remember the process. I had to keep on applying online before I could even get a call to even come in for an interview. The process was not as easy to "get in". But once your in or get a call, it's up to you to do good in the interview.

Great approach, very nice and personable. Questionnaire was used, but it was actually relaxing and fun. I appreciated the friendliness. It was a lot about experience, customer service and why you would like to work for Macy;s.

Very casual if you're being interviewed inhouse. It was more or a less do u want the position or not question. After saying yes it was basically a formality at that point.
