Interview
Applied for an Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor position, immediately after that I received an email to schedule a interview. I scheduled it for the next day. The 1st interview was pretty laid back, about 10 minutes. The manager read questions that were scripted & she just wrote down what I said. After that she told me she really enjoyed speaking to me so she was going to put me for the next step which is talent plus. It took about a week and half to hear from them, I was pretty nervous but I just decided to answer honestly and be myself. About 5-10 minutes after my talent + interview I recieved a phone call from the regional account Executive for Clinique and infomed me that she recieved the results from my talent + interview and was so happy to see that I was super talented. She sounded very excited and asked me to meet with her next week at the Clinique counter. So that day came, the ae was super cool made me feel at easy, we talked over coffee, long story short she offered me a counter education manager position she said she thought I was perfect for the job. I was super stoked told my whole family and everything. however I never heard back until almost 2 weeks, when a woman from macys offered me a position for a flex team member bc the position I applied to was taken already. I accepted but I was super bummed specially bc the ae told me to call/text her if I had any questions. which I did and she never ever replied to me, bummer.
Very unorganized interview process, by the time they got back to me I already accepted another offer. I don’t even think they knew I was suppose to have an interview that day. Confusion from start to finish

the interview was straightforward and the manager was very friendly and professional. The interview was also very long and thorough. I would come extra prepared and with a highly professional attitude.
